The hostel had a cool room with air conditioning, which was a relief during the warm Christmas season. The location of the hostel was in a calm and pretty neighborhood, which added to the pleasant atmosphere.- Despite the curfew, the hostel made exceptions for guests attending the opera during opera season, which was really fortunate for me.
The check-in and check-out times were not clearly communicated, causing some confusion. It would have been helpful to know that bags could be left before check-in and that someone would answer the door even if the reception desk was closed.

Great location in the heart of the old town and close to all the sights. the staff was incredibly friendly and provided helpful advice. the fact that the hostel supports a local NGO that helps women in need is a wonderful cause to contribute to.
For security reasons, the main door is closed between 11 PM and 7 AM, which can be inconvenient if you wish to stay out late. the reception opens at 9 AM, so if you leave early for breakfast, you'll need to wait until then to re-enter.

The location of the hostel was perfect, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The hostel also supports women in need, so staying here is for a good cause.
One specific situation that stood out during our stay was the curfew at 11pm. Although some may find it inconvenient, it actually made us feel safer knowing that there was a controlled entry to the hostel.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my experience. The lack of facilities for cooking or even having hot water for tea was inconvenient.

Spacious room, clean bathroom. But the best part was the central location, right in the heart of historic Verona. The concept of supporting a half-way home for women in need appealed to me. I highly recommend this place.

The location of the hostel was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was also good. The hostel had a cozy and quiet atmosphere, which made for a good night's sleep. The toilet was spacious and clean. It was easy to get to the hostel both on foot and by public transport. the facilities were good and functional. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful.
The staff was quite rude and more interested in explaining the rules than welcoming guests. The curfew at 11pm and the extra charge for using the kitchen were ridiculous.
